THC: 18%-20%

Popular with breeders across Canada, Shishkaberry is an indica-dominant cannabis strain sought-after for its intensely fruity aromatics and for its high cannabinoid content. Produced by Canveda in southwestern Ontario, Shishkaberry is a cross between DJ Short’s Blueberry (itself a cross of Juicy Fruit and an unidentified Afghan landrace indica cultivar). High in THC, it is recommended to start with one dose and waiting before consuming more.

Dried Flower

Description
Shishkaberry’s dried flowers are medium-to-large sized, bulbous and dense, owing to its indica parentage. The colourful buds display a medley of pale-to-dark green leaves, mixed with patches of light and dark purple. A generous coating of frost-like trichomes are present from stem to tip.

Canveda’s Shishkaberry is one of the most aromatic strains in our collection, featuring a complex blend of terpenes that includes myrcene, caryophyllene, ocimene, pinene and limonene. Myrcene helps to deliver Shishkaberry’s trademark blueberry and earthy flavours, while caryophyllene often presents notes of sweet spices, such as cinnamon and cloves. Patients report that strains high in myrcene and caryophyllene may provide feelings of relaxation and possible drowsiness. Ocimene further contributes spicy notes that may evoke memories of allspice and pepper. Pinene and limonene, also found here in significant quantities, add notes of pine, citrus and fresh herbs. It is thought that pinene and limonene, in particular, may also provide refreshing bursts of short-lived energy, although research is ongoing.
